I believe that you are all cabable of doing great things and I do not allow the phrase, "I can't" in my classroom. In my class we focus on learning as much as we can.
I am fortunate to have the opportunity to teach both language arts and mathematics. Both the classes follow the same curriculum as Mrs.DC's english and Miss Kerr's math. The main difference is that in my classroom students are given more individualized instruction.
My grading policy is as follows:
A - Meets all quarterly benchmarks and exceeds in the majority
B - Meets all quarterly benchmarks and has exceeded in some areas
C - Meets all benchmarks
I (Incomplete)- Has either not completed all summatives or has not met all benchmarks (needs to revise)
